All questions

What is JamComms?

JamComms is an upcoming app that brings Outlook, Gmail and Microsoft Teams into one inbox. Claude will read each message, say what it is and how much it matters, and propose where it goes. Nothing will move until you confirm. It is being built by Sanford Labs for people whose inbox is a large part of the job.

When does JamComms launch?

JamComms does not have a public launch date yet. It is in early access: the product runs today for its first user, and we are getting it ready to host for everyone. Join the waitlist and you will hear the date first, before sign-up opens to the public.

What does early access include?

Early access means you get in before the public launch: JamComms with your own Outlook, Gmail and Teams accounts, Claude triage, the six work queues and the phishing safety layer. Waitlist members are invited in the order they joined, and their feedback shapes what ships at launch.

Which accounts will JamComms connect to?

JamComms will connect to Microsoft 365 and Outlook mail, Microsoft Teams chats, the Outlook calendar, and Gmail, all in one inbox. Filing, queues and rules will work on Outlook mail, where JamComms writes every change back to your real mailbox folders.

Will Claude act on my email without asking?

No. Claude will read and suggest; you decide. A suggestion moves a message only after you confirm it. The only automatic filing will come from rules you have taught with five agreements in a row, and one disagreement puts a rule back on trial.

Will JamComms ever delete or send email?

No. JamComms will never delete mail and never send it. Rules and filing only move messages between folders. Follow-ups and delegations are saved as drafts in your mailbox for you to review and send yourself. The one exception to filing is a phishing test, which you can delete unopened.

How will JamComms protect me from phishing?

A message flagged as phishing will never show a clickable link, a form or a remote image. Links are rewritten so they cannot open. If JamComms cannot verify a message is safe, it treats it as unverified. Phishing mail is never filed and never acted on by rules or Claude.

How much will JamComms cost?

Pricing will be announced at launch. JamComms will be a paid subscription, and people on the waitlist will hear the prices first, before sign-up opens to everyone. Joining the waitlist is free and does not commit you to anything.

Could an email trick the assistant into doing something?

JamComms will treat every email as untrusted content, never as instructions. The assistant can read and search on its own, but any change to your mail comes back as a pending action that runs only when you press Confirm, so a crafted message cannot move or file anything by itself.
