Will I be able to read Outlook, Gmail and Teams in one place?
Yes. JamComms will show Outlook mail, Gmail and Microsoft Teams chats in one three-pane inbox, with your Outlook calendar beside it. Each account will keep its own mark, so you always know where a message came from.

What will Claude do with each message?
Claude will read every new message and write a short card: what the message is, how much it matters to you, and where it should go. You confirm or dismiss the suggestion. Claude will never move a message on its own.

How will JamComms help me reach inbox zero?
Mail that needs you will move out of the inbox into six queues: Action, Approvals, Waiting, Read Later, Reference and Archive. The queues are real Outlook folders, so your mailbox stays organized even when you open Outlook itself.

How will JamComms keep follow-ups from slipping?
For everything in Action, Approvals and Waiting, Claude will read the whole thread and note the ask, any due date, and whether the thread shows it is already done. Waiting will list answered threads first and show how many days you have waited.

Will JamComms file mail for me automatically?
Yes, once you have shown it how. Confirming a suggestion for a kind of mail will start a rule on trial. After five agreements in a row the rule files matching mail on its own. One disagreement puts it back on trial.

How will JamComms handle phishing email?
A message flagged as phishing will never show a clickable link, form or remote image. Links are rewritten so they cannot open, and if JamComms cannot verify a message is safe it treats it as unverified. Phishing mail is never filed, and rules and Claude never act on it.

Will JamComms be fast?
JamComms will keep a copy of your mailbox, so every view and search reads local data instead of waiting on Outlook. Changes you make write back to Outlook right away, and open pages update the moment mail changes.
