Today, JamComms collects what you give the waitlist (your email, an optional note on how you would use it, the page you signed up from, and when you agreed to hear from us) plus cookieless website analytics through PostHog. We use your email only for early access and launch news, and never sell or share it.

Who are we?
JamComms is operated by Sanford Labs LLC ("we"), a single-member limited liability company in the United States. Contact us at michael@sanfordlabs.io.
What does the waitlist collect, and why?
| What | Why |
|---|---|
| Your email address | To invite you to early access and tell you about launch and pricing |
| What you would use it for (optional) | To decide who to invite first and what to build first |
| The page you signed up from | To learn which pages bring people to the waitlist |
| The time you joined and the consent wording you saw | As a record that you asked to hear from us |
| How you found us: the first page you landed on, the site that linked to us (its name only), and any campaign tags in the link | To learn which pages and campaigns bring people to the waitlist |
The form shows this notice: "We will email you about JamComms early access and launch, nothing else, and we never share your address. Ask us to remove you at any time." We do not store your IP address. It is held in memory for a few minutes to stop abuse, then dropped.
We keep waitlist entries until JamComms launches and you have been invited, or until you ask us to remove you, whichever comes first. To be removed, email michael@sanfordlabs.io from the address you signed up with.
Who processes waitlist data?
| Processor | Purpose |
|---|---|
| OVHcloud | Hosting the website and the waitlist database |
| Cloudflare | Bot checks on the form (Turnstile), when enabled |
| PostHog | Cookieless website analytics. It never receives your email or anything you write in the form. |
What will the app collect when it launches?
When JamComms opens, it will need access to the mail accounts you connect, so it can show and organize them. This section describes what we plan, and it will be finalized before launch.
- Connected mail: messages, Teams chats, folder names and calendar events from the accounts you connect.
- Sign-in tokens: the access tokens Microsoft and Google issue when you connect an account, stored encrypted. We will never see your passwords.
- Processors: Anthropic (Claude, which reads messages to triage them), Microsoft and Google (the accounts you connect), and OVHcloud (hosting).
Mail will be used only to run your inbox. It will never be sold, used for advertising, or used to train AI models.
Website analytics
We use PostHog to understand how people use this site: which pages they visit, where they came from, and whether they join the waitlist. It runs in cookieless mode, so it stores nothing on your device and needs no cookie banner. Instead of a cookie, PostHog counts visitors with a hash computed on its servers that changes every day.
PostHog never learns who you are. Joining the waitlist records only that someone clicked a waitlist link; your email and what you write in the form go to our own database, not to PostHog.
