How JamComms queues will get you to inbox zero
JamComms will get you to inbox zero by having you decide once where each message belongs. Claude suggests a queue for every message, and you confirm it. Mail you must act on goes to Action, sign-offs to Approvals, and threads you are waiting on to Waiting. Then you work the queues, not the inbox.

Inbox zero is not about reading everything. It is about deciding once where each message belongs, then working from the queues instead of the inbox. JamComms is in early access; this guide describes how it is designed to work.
What will go where?
| Queue | Use it for |
|---|---|
| Action | Anything you need to do |
| Approvals | Anything waiting on your sign-off |
| Waiting | Threads where you are waiting on someone |
| Read Later | Newsletters and long reads |
| Reference | Things to keep, with nothing to do |
| Archive | Done |
How will a day with JamComms go?
- Open the Inbox and read Claude’s card on the first message.
- Press Confirm to file it where Claude suggests, or pick a different queue.
- Repeat until the inbox is empty. Phishing mail shows one action, delete, so it never lingers.
- Open Action and Approvals and work them in order. Items with a due date come first.
- Press Done on each finished item to complete its flag and file it to Archive.
- Open Waiting. Threads where someone has answered come first. Draft a follow-up for anything that has gone quiet.
How will I stop doing this by hand?
When Claude suggests a folder for a kind of mail, such as vendor invoices, confirming it starts a rule on trial. After five agreements in a row the rule files that mail for you. If you ever move one of its messages somewhere else, it goes back on trial.
